Jet Overflow Dyeing Machine

ASME-C Rapid Jet Dyeing Machine

Application:

ASME-C High Temperature& Rapid Spray Dyeing Machine is a fabric down-run type machine. It is widely used for dyeing woven fabrics and knitted materials made by pure polyester, chemical fibre etc. It can ensure quite fine dyeig quality. Just for once investment, you can get long-time profit.

Main Features:

Large Capcity, the advantages are: Short investment recovery period; Reduction of dyeing variety between each batch production; Increasing productive efficiency.

Flexible water flow produces smaller impact on surface of high-grade cloth so that the fabric without pilling and yarn without twisting.

Specially designed bending heads can meet the requirements of no dead corner, small tension and liquid ratio.

Double-function nozzle is designed for overflow and spray. According to the classification of fabric, water flow can be changed into overflow type with low spray pressure and great flow rate or spray type with high pressure and high running speed.
